We are BTP Foodservice Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales as company number 14817735. Registered Office: 1 George Street, Snow Hill, Wolverhampton WV2 – 4DG. Beyondtheplate.uk (the “Website”) is produced, owned and maintained by BTP Foodservice Ltd (“We”, “Us”).
Ordering
We do our best to ensure that your order is prepared for you exactly as ordered, but sometimes we may need to offer a substitution. We will do our best to let you know with an email, phone call or a note in your order.
There is no delivery change or minimum order size for deliveries to tenant customers of our cafés. Deliveries to more distant sites may be subject to a small charge. We will confirm any charges with you during the order process.
Product prices will be as set out in the menu published on the Website, current at the date of order of the products, unless otherwise agreed with Us as part of the ordering process. Prices are shown excluding VAT. Price information and product availability is subject to change without notice.
If you wish to amend your order or add special instructions, you can do so up until 11:30am on the previous working day by contacting the café managing your order or by contacting us via the Contact page. Some specific items and large orders will have earlier cut off times. We will indicate this to you during the order process.
Products will be delivered to the collection point nominated by you at the time of finalising the order. We will attempt delivery of your order only once. If no one is available to receive it, the order will be taken back to our café preparing the order. You can collect the order from the café. If the food has been out for a long period of time, some items may no longer be safe for consumption. We cannot provide a refund in such instances.
Cancellation
We understand that you may need to cancel your order and we are happy to do so with no charge up to 24 hours before your delivery time. Some specific items and large orders will have earlier cut off times. We will indicate this to you during the order process. To cancel your order, email, call or visit the café managing your order.
Allergy Warning
We prepare our freshly made food and handmade drinks in our cafés every day. We use many ingredients and shared equipment, and whilst we do our best to manage allergens we cannot guarantee that any of our food or Barista-made drinks are allergen-free or suitable for those with allergies due to the risk of cross-contact. Our vegan food is made to a vegan recipe but may not be suitable for those with dairy and egg allergies. For more information, please ask us via the Contact page or contact the café directly.
